It’s time to celebrate!

At the end of your 6 week course we host a mini Salsa & Bachata Social Practica in our studio after classes for you to practice your new moves and enjoy a catch up and a cheeky wine with your new dance friends!

FAQ’s

  • No partner required or experience required! This is a beginner level program. We wiIl be rotating partners through class so you can practice with everyone. If you know someone who would make a good partner, encourage them to join us too!

  • Some light and comfortable clothing, and flat shoes with non-grip soles are best. We recommend you bring a towel, a spare t-shirt if you tend to sweat a lot, and a water bottle.

  • We do not allow casual attendance, it's best you attend all sessions so you don't miss much! Each week incorporates elements from previous weeks, working in a progressive order.

  • We recommend everyone attends our Beginners courses a couples of times before progressing through to our next level. Please don't rush the process, enjoy learning!

    After beginners our teachers will tell you when you are ready to progress through our levels with these recommended timeframes:

    Foundations: 6 months+
    Improvers: 1 year +
    Intermediate: 1.5 - 2yrs
    Advanced
    Professional

  • We welcome all ages in our classes, we currently have people in their 20’s and people in their 60’s+. Dance is for everyone!

  • Not at all! This program is open to absolutely everyone.

  • LEC is located right near the North Melbourne train station. There is also street parking available on Abbotsford street and many surrounding streets.
